Automation of labelling plant

CHALLENGE

Renner Etikettiertechnik is an international provider of professional labelling systems for the food and beverage industry.
For the newly developed labelling plant, the automation specialist developed new technological components and integrated them into the plant’s overall control system. This system was then tested on the digital model to detect and correct faults early on.

IMPLEMENTATION

Through virtual commissioning, HEITEC managed to reduce commissioning times thanks to PLC and drive software tested in real time, thus reducing development and implementation outlay and improving process and product quality.
